Surveys during COVID-19

It’s been a while since we last posted a news story – mainly as we have had a busy start to the year (and partly because it has slipped down the to do list for a good few weeks now!).

With everything currently going on in the world we are selecting the sites we visit carefully and ensuring that we can carry out all site work safely and in line with government social distancing guidelines. Luckily in our line of work a large percentage of the sites we visit are in rural locations where we can avoid any contact with the public. We are continuing to quote on projects and providing the site fits into our ‘COVID-19 Safe’ criteria we are happy to carry out the survey. All our data processing is being done from the safety of our own homes (obviously with the odd furry distraction now and again – bottom photo).

The first third of this year we have taken on a number of new clients who have expressed their happiness with the level of detail and presentation of our surveys. Feedback from two separate clients we carried out watercourse surveys for in the last couple of months – ‘Just to say we’ve been through the survey today and are delighted with the quality of it’ & ‘A very comprehensive package of information’.
